Once registered for the Citroen portal, users can access four different utility programs: Documentation, support, diagnostics and training.

Users wishing to access the “Diagnostics” service have two options:

• a complete diagnostic solution, which can be purchased for use over a period of 36 months (deposit and monthly payments). Prices are listed on the web page
• an individual diagnostic and repair solution based on the vehicle identification number (VIN).

Users choosing the individual solution purchase a so-called “Token” licence that authorises them to use the software to diagnose and repair control units, and to use diagnostic series and technical data sheets to service and repair vehicles registered in the Citroen system by their VIN. The price of the “Token” licence is stated on the web page

• PC with Microsoft Windows XP operating system.
• 2 GHz processor, 2 GB RAM, sufficient free space on the hard disk.
• Monitor with a resolution of 1024 x 768 pixels.
  Internet connection with a minimum speed of 512 kb/s.

• Go to the official website Service Box
• Select REGISTER and register for the site, following all the steps required to create a user profile and gain access.
• Select ON BOARD DOCUMENTATION to download all the User and Service manuals for all vehicles.
