TEXA works every day to concretely respond to the ever-increasing complexity found in the world of car repairs, with the aim of ensuring customers the possibility to carry out all diagnostic operations with simplicity and immediacy, even in the case of particularly recent vehicles or blocks imposed by manufacturers. For this reason, starting from the CAR 75.1.0 version, a new service integrated in IDC5 that enables the gateway unlock function is available for the Renault and Dacia brands. The service can be purchased, on a pay-per-use basis, in the presence of:

• • an active IDC5 CAR software license on compatible tools;
  • an active TEXPACK CAR contract;
  • authentication with myTEXA credentials. (it is important that each operator has his/her own account, strictly personal, preparatory to the new IDC5 functions).

Once these requirements have been met, simply access the “SGW Management” section within the myTEXA portal and enable the Renault and Dacia gateway unlock feature integrated by TEXA in IDC5. Also via TOKEN By enabling the Renault gateway unlock integrated in IDC5, the possibility of using the function via TOKEN remains active, after authentication with myTEXA credentials.
