COURSE STRUCTURE
ONLINE THEORY
This covers how the platform communicates with vehicle ECUs, the
structure of system menus, and the purpose of key features such as global
scans, technical data access, and fault code interpretation. Learners also
explore safe connection procedures, the importance of accurate vehicle
identification, and how IDC6 supports efficient troubleshooting and
maintenance on modern commercial vehicles.
PRACTICAL ASSESSMENT
This module provides hands‑on truck diagnostics using TEXA equipment,
supported by practical case studies that build real‑world troubleshooting skills. It also reinforces essential workshop best practices to ensure safe, accurate and professional diagnostic work.
