COURSE STRUCTURE
ONLINE THEORY
This module introduces the fundamentals of AdBlue (SCR) systems used in
heavy‑duty trucks and off‑highway machinery, covering key components,
system layout, and typical operating principles. Learners will also explore live
data interpretation, fault‑code analysis, and essential service functions such as resets, calibrations, and system configuration where required.
PRACTICAL ASSESSMENT
This module delivers practical diagnostics for truck and off‑highway AdBlue
(SCR) systems using TEXA equipment, giving learners hands‑on experience
with real machines and real faults. Through targeted case studies, candidates develop the skills needed to identify SCR‑related issues and apply effective troubleshooting methods.
