Access to applications, based on an object-oriented environment, is simple and intuitive, in the version IDC3 Light it allows the management of all the main functions in one software program:

• GENERAL VEHICLE DIAGNOSTICS (all diagnostic tools and technical information);
• BASIC ELECTRONIC INFORMATION (injection and ABS system wiring diagrams and component datasheets);
• MECHANICAL AND TECHNICAL DATA (settings and handling data);
• CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT (storage of information on repairs, maintenance interventions, overhauls and exhaust inspection);

In the IDC3 Plus version many other innovative additional functions are available:

• ADVANCED ELECTRONIC INFORMATION (safety, comfort, transmission, entertainment, lighting and bodywork systems, systems sheets and devices sheets);
• SERVICE/MAINTENANCE DATA (according to manufacturers’ specifications);
• TRADITIONAL ELECTRICAL INFORMATION (lighting, instrument panel, doors, windows, sunroof, seats, rear-view mirrors, standard Hi-fi equipment, alarm systems);
• TIMING BELTS (technical data for correct replacement);

The use of innovative storage and database management solutions means that the historical data for a given vehicle can always be displayed, for example by entering the vehicle registration number: the system displays all the repairs carried out on the vehicle by any workshop connected to the network, thanks to the automatic storage of all information in the Customer Management form. Periodical technical bulletins provide information on common problems regarding specific models: if the problem has been solved the entire repair procedure will be immediately available.
